Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to allow returns or exchange items unless they are defective. This is for health reasons. As a result of this policy, all products requiring batteries are tested before they are shipped to ensure they are functioning properly. Therefore, certain products with a factory seal will be opened in the battery compartment area for testing.
If an item is found defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item. Please contact us at email@example.com to let us know. Please include in the email, your order number, name and email or phone number. Also please state the nature of the defect. Once we have received the defective item (along with all original parts, batteries, controllers) we will ship a new item to you free of charge. If a replacement is not available, a store credit will be issued.
This does not apply to Lelo or We-Vibe products as they carry their own 1 year warranty and you must contact the manufacturer directly.
Please note that the shipping cost for returning a defective item will be issued to you through a store credit.
